How do I receive my printable files?
Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files through your account if you created one during checkout.
Is this a physical product?
No. This is a digital download. No physical item will be shipped.
What file format will I receive?
Most printable products include high-resolution PDF files that are ready to print. Some products may also include JPG or PNG files if noted in the product description.
Can I print the files more than once?
You may print your files 5 times. Please note that if your purchase is a Templett file, these files expire in 6 months.
Where can I print my files?
You can print:
- At home
- Office supply stores (Staples, Office Depot, FedEx Office)
- Local print shops
For the best results, print on white cardstock (65–110 lb).
What paper works best?
Heavy white cardstock creates the most professional-looking gift tags and signs. Regular printer paper works well for planner pages and some printables.
Are the colors exactly what I see on my screen?
Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor, printer settings, paper choice, and ink.
Can I edit the files?
Unless specifically stated in the listing, the files are not editable. Templett files can be edited.
Can I use these for my business?
These files are for personal use only. They may not be resold, shared, redistributed, or used commercially.
Do you offer refunds?
Because digital files are delivered immediately after purchase, we cannot offer refunds on digital products. If you experience any problems downloading or printing your files, please contact us—we're happy to help!
Do you create custom printable designs?
Yes! If you're looking for a personalized tag, invitation, sign, or printable, send us a message. We'd love to create something special for you.

How long does it take to make my notepad?
Most personalized notepads are created within 2–5 business days before shipping.
How do I personalize my notepad?
Simply enter your personalization exactly as you'd like it to appear before adding the item to your cart.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Most designs are created without proofs so orders can be processed quickly. If you'd like a proof before printing, please contact us before placing your order. A small fee may apply.
What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer several popular sizes. Available sizes are listed on each product page.
How many pages are included?
The number of pages varies by listing. Please check the product description for the exact page count.
What type of paper do you use?
Our notepads are printed on smooth, high-quality paper that's perfect for everyday writing. 20lb 92 Brightness
Are the pages lined?
No, our notepads are not lined.
Can I customize the wording?
Many of our designs can be personalized with names or custom text. If you're unsure, send us a message before ordering.

Can I order multiple notepads with different names?
Yes! Simply add all of the names in the notes of your order.
What if I entered the wrong spelling?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn't started, we'll gladly update your order.
Do you accept returns?
Because personalized items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage. We'll work quickly to make it right.
